1. Technical requirements:

Process Description:

Small or light materials are not affected by centrifugal force, hover inside the grading wheel, are brought to a high place by the induced wind of the induced draft fan, and move along the pipeline to the next component to be classified or collected. By adjusting the rotation speed of the classification wheel, the centrifugal force in the classifier can be adjusted to achieve the specified particle size. The coarse powder classified by the classifier is sent back to the ball mill to continue to be pulverized, so that the desired finished product can be achieved over and over again.
